Because skincare is personal and hygiene is essential, we take great care in how we handle returns.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
