VIU Skincare – Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods (launches, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier, and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Delays & Carrier Issues

VIU Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, VIU Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
